Alkaline smiles

Sharon Stone threw out a backhanded compliment to Meryl Streep. In a recent interview, she discussed why she thinks Streep works so often in film. Stone thinks that Streep “looks like a woman we can all relate to.” So far so good.

She went on to say that Meryl Streep looks like “an unmade bed.” Whoopsie, Sharon. You should’ve quit while you were ahead. I don’t know exactly what an unmade bed looks like—I have Chuy—but I don’t think I’d want to be compared to one.

Stone went on to say that she, too, looks like a normal woman, and that she hasn’t had any work done to herself. In her defense I think she just meant to say she hasn’t had any work.
